Service Finder ("we," "us") is operated by Daeila and available at ai.daeila.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service Finder web application.

Information we collect

  • Service request details — the job you describe, location, and answers to intake questions.
  • Phone number — if you provide one so providers can call you with quotes.
  • SMS opt-in status — whether you checked the box to receive text message updates.
  • Usage data — standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • Match your request with local service providers.
  • Contact providers on your behalf and share relevant job details.
  • Send SMS updates about your request if you opt in (confirmation, progress link, provider options).
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service Finder product.

SMS and mobile information

If you opt in to SMS on the Contact step, we use your phone number to send transactional messages about your active service request. We do not sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing. Message frequency varies by request (typically a handful of messages per job). Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS program terms.

Sharing

We share job-related information with service providers you are matched with so they can quote and schedule work. We use infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud hosting, Twilio for SMS delivery) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.

Retention

We retain request and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill your service request and comply with law. SMS session data used to route replies is kept for up to 14 days.

Your choices

  • Do not check the SMS consent box if you do not want texts.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.
  • Contact us via the site if you have questions about your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
