These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Service Finder at ai.daeila.com, operated by Daeila ("we," "us"). By using Service Finder, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
Service Finder helps you describe a local service need, answers intake questions, researches providers, and may contact providers on your behalf. We are a matching and coordination tool — we do not perform the underlying trade work and we do not guarantee provider availability, pricing, or quality.
SMS program terms
Program name: Service Finder SMS Updates
Description: Transactional text messages about your active service request, including confirmation, a link to track progress, updates while we contact providers, and a summary of top provider options. You may reply with a number to indicate interest in a provider.
Message frequency: Varies by request; typically 2–5 messages per job while research and outreach are in progress.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opt-in:SMS is optional. You opt in only by checking the "I agree to receive SMS updates" box on the Contact step at ai.daeila.com before continuing. The checkbox is not pre-selected.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS from Service Finder. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further SMS unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers:Delivery subject to your carrier's network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and job information.
- Use the service only for lawful personal service requests.
- Only opt in to SMS if you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
Disclaimer
Service Finder is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for provider conduct, pricing, scheduling, or work performed by third-party providers.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
